My name is Phil and I’m the founder and owner of NoticedWebsites, a web designer in Richmond, a suburb of Vancouver, Canada.

I design websites, web videos, ecommerce stores, do online reputation marketing and more for small and medium businesses and nonprofits in metro Vancouver (Burnaby, New Westminster, etc.) & anywhere in the world under the Noticedwebsites moniker.

I have a combined 15+ years of experience in all things Internet marketing and web publishing. I stay current with web trends as a member of a Vancouver WordPress Meetup and various Facebook Groups on web design and online marketing.

When not designing or marketing websites, apps, etc., you can find me shooting hoops, playing volleyball or biking, but especially, hanging out & walking with shitzu-poodle cross Bizu at Richmond’s picturesque fishing village of Steveston, where ABC’s Once Upon a Time is filmed.
